		<description>lol, Papa...  oh this is too funny. in case you haven&#039;t noticed. at hgic there are those who like the idea of being &#039;progressive&#039; just so long as it doesn&#039;t mean changing the way they have to do things. for some people the fear of having to learn something &#039;new&#039; in order to advance is frightening when it took them a long time to adjust to their current situation.

knowing a person personally and having to work with them professionally are not anywhere near similar. The internal mind games in the IT department don&#039;t help either.</description>
